This article deals with an interview which talks about the violence against the natives of Iraq by the British soldiers. There are a number of incidents that we can notice in Iraq against human rights. One of them is the death of Basra hotel worker Baha Mousa. The interview is with Lieutenant Colonel Nicholas Mercer who was the former chief legal advisor in Iraq. He is now working as an Anglican priest. He describes the humiliations suffered by the people in Iraq and the hardships which he had to face when opposing them from these humiliations.
